Freeman & Bonnie in a world unique 134 year old planted Hunter Valley Shiraz vineyard, just before their harvest.

Roberts restaurant has long championed the best seasonal & regional fare to showcase in their daily a la carte menu.

Freeman seeking out the nuances of a 2009 vintage Hunter Shiraz / Cabernet blend red wine ....... it won the trophy at the 2011 Hunter Valley Wine Show, for the best red wine.

Bonnie immersing herself in a private tasting that I guided them through of some of the very best quality wines of the Hunter Valley - in an historic 1870's homestead.
